The Other Side of Malaysia

As neighbors, we should live in peace and harmony in our neighborhood. In order to make it comes true, we have to build good relationships, not threatening each other, nor stealing other’s property. Just like Indonesia and Malaysia. By living close this whole time, we have enough to see Malaysia’s true nature. Malaysia has been a real “BADASS” toward us, like how they raped our people and stole our cultures.

Recently, the Malaysian police investigated a man for allegedly raping, beating and scalding a 26 years old Indonesian maid from Sumatra. Even the Malaysian polices raped a 15 years old Indonesian. These are not the only cases that occurs. There are thousand more cases of sexual abuses and rapes. Ties between the two neighbors have been tense over frequent reports of abuse in recent years. 

Even the society figures give bad examples. Like Sultan Tengku Muhammed Fakhry abused Manohara Odelia Pinot, Indonesian actress and model. We all know that Sultan is the role model for the people. Even the role model violates human rights, it will automatically affect the people of Malaysia. 

Besides abuse cases, Malaysia also claimed Indonesia’s culture. Years ago, they claimed Pendet and Reog Ponorogo, Bali’s traditional dances; Gamelan; and our precious batik. Not only our culture, they even sold our products with their trademark. For example our famous coffee candies, Kopiko, they sold them in Philippine with their trademark without permission from the company.  There’s more. They claimed our Ambalat Island as theirs. They also claimed our ‘tempe’ and ‘rendang’ from West Sumatra. 

With all evidences and facts about Malaysia, we know the Malaysia which said that their country is truly Asia is just hiding their dark side with a mask of brilliance. And the mask should be stripped off of their face to expose their bad nature. These all are why Malaysia is a real bad country.
